I am delighted to share that I have received a Certificate of Appreciation from The World Bank for my contributions to the Women, Business and the Law 2027 report.
This annual flagship publication is a critical tool for measuring the legal and policy barriers that affect women’s economic participation across 190 economies. Serving as a family law expert for this edition allowed me to contribute data and analysis on how domestic legal frameworks—ranging from marriage and divorce laws to property rights—impact gender equality globally.
Ensuring that family law supports, rather than hinders, women’s economic empowerment is a cause I am deeply passionate about. It is an honor to have my expertise recognized by an institution dedicated to ending poverty and promoting shared prosperity.
